
Clarence L Brown, 73, passed away November 17, 2016. Clarence was born January 25, 1943, in Sturgis, Kentucky. He retired as a supervisor from the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) in 1994. In 1996, Clarence moved to Indianapolis, IN where he lived the remainder of his days bowling and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jordan-Brown, son David Brown and step-daughters Luciana Huey and Chamorra Johnson (Dontel); grandchildren, Corey Crenshaw, Tamiyah, and Aiyaunah Johnson; brother, Wayne Brown and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Brown, mother, Mary Louise Henry and daughter, Felisha Brown.
Friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016, at New Life Changing Ministries, 8156 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN. A private family memorial service will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Deyon Turner officiating.
Repast will be held in the fellowship hall at Tabernacle M. B. Church, located at 3101 E. 30th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46218.
